I am so excited to share this gorgeous summer wedding at The Grand Barn at The Mohicans. The rustic Grand Barn is breathtaking inside! You can find this stunning, one-of-a-kind wedding venue in the Mohican Valley nestled among the beautiful custom treehouses in the forest.
The venue has accommodations for both indoor and outdoor wedding ceremonies! For this summer wedding, the ceremony took place outside under stringed lights and a rustic arch made from twisted tree branches draped in flowers.
The Grand Barn Wedding Venue at The Mohicans
After the ceremony guests can move into The Grand Barn! The Mohicans Wedding Venue is located on part of the seventy-seven wooded acres that make up the Mohican Valley. The venue is described as having an “elegant, rustic, vintage feel”. The charming, whimsical two-story barn features an upper-level mezzanine with access to an outdoor deck that is perfect for cocktail hour and for guests to mingle.
To get the full experience, I highly recommend the bride, groom, and wedding guests stay in the treehouses or cabins located around the property. Your wedding guests can enjoy the tranquil and serene property, or admire the half-acre lake. The lake also creates a perfect backdrop for wedding day photos. However, the lake isn’t the only place to capture beautiful settings. Everywhere you turn there is abundant natural beauty surrounding this woodland oasis.

This Ohio wedding venue is jaw dropping, especially at nightfall! As it starts to grow darker, the glow from all the treehouses and The Grand Barn lit up inside, along with the stringed lights that connect to the trees, is an enchanting sight to be seen! While this venue was stunning in the summer, I’m positive that it would be amazing at any point in the year. I can already envision a wedding here in the fall under the canopy of trees bursting with fall colors!
